Social Member

• Membership includes access to all clubhouse activities, pool, and tennis privileges. Access to golf facilities is permitted with payment of green and cart fees.

• $1,000 Initiation Fee (non-transferable)
  Option 1: Pay entire $1,000 Initiation Fee with application
  Option 2: Pay $750 with application, with remaining $250 billed in the twelfth month

• Monthly dues:  $80

Corporate Sponsored Membership

• Membership includes access to all clubhouse activities, pool, and tennis privileges. Access to golf facilities is permitted with payment of green and cart fees.

• Initiation Fee
  2 Memberships: $  5,400 Initiation Fee (non-transferable 10% discount)
  3 Memberships: $  6,750 Initiation Fee (non-transferable 25% discount)
  4 Memberships: $  8,400 Initiation Fee (non-transferable 30% discount)
  5 Memberships: $  9,750 Initiation Fee (non-transferable 35% discount)
  6 Memberships: $10,800 Initiation Fee (non-transferable 40% discount)

• All corporate-sponsored prospective members must go through the standard DSCC membership application process. Upon leaving the sponsoring company, the individual will have the option to transition to an individual DSCC membership plan. The company maintains a membership slot available to the next executive of its corporation who applies for membership and is accepted into DSCC. No additional Initiation Fee is required once the corporation has paid the original membership Initiation Fee.

*Note: All transferable memberships are subject to the process defined within DSCC bylaws and administered by the DSCC board of directors. All transfers are subject to a $500 transfer fee.
