Full Participating Membership (Transferable)
$1000.00 Membership and $3000.00 Initiation Fee. Option 1: Pay entire $3000.00 with application. Option 2: $1000.00 with application, remaining $2000.00 bill in equal payments over the next 24 months. Upon resignation before all initiation fees are paid, they are still liable for any portion of intiation fee remaining.Monthly Dues: $170.00
Youth Membership $800.00 Initiation Fee - $600.00 with application. Billed $200.00 in the 12th month. For members under 30 with Monthly Dues of $98.00
Social Membership $1000.00 Initiation Fee - $750.00 with application, billed $250.00 in the 12th month. Monthly Dues are $122.00. This membership allows for Clubhouse Activities, pool and tennis privileges. Golf is permitted with payment of green fees.
